British Red Cross Great Spring Gardening Event at the Whitfield Estate

On Wednesday 24th April 2013 Bob went to the British Red Cross Great Spring Gardening Event at the Whitfield Estate and was met  by Eleanor Mason, Community Legacy Manager for the British Red Cross.  It was a wonderful event with crowds of people visiting the many plant, garden furniture and equipment stalls as well as food, craft, clothing and accessories stalls in the main marquee.  Bob had a delicious lunch in the restaurant marquee and had the opportunity to chat to lots of people from all over the County.  The many volunteers helped make the day a huge success which raised much needed funds for the British Red Cross.
