Congratulations Alan Blake who has just ‘climbed’ Everest by walking round his steep garden 556 times – 67,000 steps. Thanks to Nicola Goodwin and BBC Hereford & Worcester and BBC Midlands Today, he had a big news slot last night. I can feel a podcast coming on!
