Bob and Bea attended the Sixth Form Conference in College Hall, Hereford Cathedral on Thursday 27th June.  The Conference was Chaired by Jeremy Wilding Esq and organised by Sarah Arrowsmith.  This year the Conference was entitled “A Good Death” and dealt with the issues surrounding death and euthanasia.  Pupils from Sixth Form Colleges from both Herefordshire and Worcestershire attended.  There were a number of excellent speakers; Mrs Ann Leedham, Tony Rees Esq, Dr Roger Thompson and Reverend David Vonberg and, after lunch, the students held discussion groups about the motions raised during the morning.  The themes dealt with were emotive but dealt with in an objective and rational manner.  Pupils enjoyed lunch in the calm and peaceful surroundings of the Cloisters.  Canon Christopher Pullin summed up at the end of the Conference.
